TO WHOM MAHARERA IS APPLICABLE?

  1. All the residential and the commercial projects exceeding 500 square meters or more than 8 units/apartments.
  2. Real estate agents who facilitate selling or purchase of properties.
  3. Project registration under MH-RERA Rs.10 per square meter or Rs.50,000 minimum and maximum Rs.10 Lac.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

For registering as Real Estate with Maharashtra RERA you need following documents.
  1. Pan Card of Real estate agent
  2. Aadhar card of promoter
  3. Photograph of promoter
  4. Registration proof (COI in case of Company)
  5. Income tax return for Last 3 financial years
  6. Business Pan card (in case of partnership & company)
  7. Authenticated copies of all letter heads
  8. Rubber stamp
  9. Development plan
  10. Project details
  11. Title Deed along with the chain of title
  12. Details of architect, engineers, and others
  13. Any other document asked by the authority
Documents required for Agent Registration
  1. Details of the real estate agent such as name, address, contact details and photographs of individual/ partners/ directors.
  2. Copy of PAN and Aadhar of the Real Estate Agent
  3. Copy of the address proof
